Hi there

Throughout my work in tech, design, and the arts, I've learned that great leadership always creates space for people to change and grow. It's during those times of transition that I help creative teams tell their stories, define culture, and connect to something greater than themselves.

Musically, I've performed for two decades with many different artists and faith communities. In 2008, my friends and I founded a nonprofit that designed new ways for artists and churches to create together. We called it ByFor.

In 2015, Fuller Seminary acquired the ByFor model to form new artist residency programs in Seattle, Los Angeles, and Houston. I worked with the Seattle residency during its pilot year and launched experiential visual arts programs for churches in the US and Canada.

In addition, I work a rotating roster of startups and Fortune 500 companies, bringing form to ideas where technology and design meet. My experience includes years as a strategist, storyteller, and global event producer.

My trend and insights work includes Microsoft's Inclusive Design Toolkit, which has been honored by IxDA and FastCo and inducted into the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum. My writing has been published in Arcade and MIT’s Journal of Design and Science.
